Creating The Customer Service Professional (CSP) of the Future

As Creative Director, I led the project team to define the future of consultative client servicing for Northwestern Mutual by identifying the information, human connections, and contextual training needed to transform historically transactional moments into deepening opportunities.

In addition to both formative and evaluative research, the deliverables included a customer service consultative framework, as well as a hero flow to express the unified three-screen experience for CSPs across unique business units.
