Reimagining The Front End of Retail
The original program was to create a collective vision and framework for the future of front end to help Sam’s unify this reinvention effort across 500+ locations, while keeping in mind a recently executed brand strategy. Mid-way through the project we experienced a pivot. The pandemic was creating a huge pinch point at exit, and we were asked to re-focus our efforts on researching, and conceptualizing new exit layouts.
The deliverables included detailed layouts across for 4 club types, as well as a video flyover that served as a walkthrough (below).
